The location in Seguin is fantastic, right in the heart of everything.
Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The air conditioning in my room struggled to cool down adequately, especially given the Texas heat. I noticed during my visit that the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly, with remnants from the previous guest. Additionally, while I requested extra towels and pillows for my family, I only received half of what I needed.

Great spot right in town! Clean room, comfy bed, and solid wifi. The friendly staff made my stay even better. Just wished the TV wasn’t so old—had to play with it a bit. But for the price? Can’t complain!

The location in Seguin is fantastic, right in the heart of everything. Rooms are newly painted, giving them a refreshing feel. My bed felt comfortable, a plus after a long day. However, the bathroom was a bit of a letdown. it had hair and dirt from the previous guest. The bed linens had crumbs. I requested extra towels and pillows but only received half of what I needed. Also, the air conditioning struggled to keep up with the Texas heat, which made it uncomfortable in the evenings. Overall, the room needed better cleanliness and maintenance, especially for the price.

We enjoyed our stay, especially visiting Johnny's Backyard. The room was comfortable, and the setting was perfect for our family gathering with our grown children.
